The small stuff that quietly runs your water bill up. We trace hidden leaks with proper detection kit, fit a washer or swap the tap out, and stop the toilet running all night. One visit where the job allows it.
Slow sink, or a drain backing up in the garden. We clear it with rods or high-pressure jetting, then put a camera down the line so you know whether it was a one-off or something to keep an eye on.

Yes to both. We are Gas Safe registered and WaterSafe approved, we carry public liability cover, and the certificate goes out attached to your quote so you can read it before you book. Every engineer carries a photo ID card and will show it on the doorstep without being asked. Everything we repair is guaranteed for 12 months, parts and labour, in writing.

Always. For a bathroom or any multi-day job we come out, measure up and send a written fixed price with a realistic timescale. It costs nothing and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
The office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm. Outside those hours the emergency phone is still answered for urgent call-outs across Reading.
