The domain becomes yours from month four. We buy it and pay for it, and from month four onwards you can ask for it at any time and we'll transfer it free — whether you're staying or going. Cancel inside the first four months and it stays with us.

The website itself, meaning the design and the code, becomes fully yours after twelve months of active subscription. Stay that long and the site is yours to take anywhere. Most agencies never hand theirs over at all.

After the four-month minimum, you send one message. That's the whole notice period. There's no exit fee and no wind-down charges, and we'll point you to somewhere cheap to host it.

From month four the domain is yours on request. From month twelve the website comes with you too, and we hand over the files. Before month four, the domain stays with us — that's the trade for there being no setup fee.

Most sites go live within a fortnight of you sending your content — photos, prices and service areas. That's a working target rather than a guarantee, because the clock really depends on how fast you get me what I need, and I'd rather be straight with you than promise a date I don't control.

What I will promise is that you'll always know where it's up to, and that a delay never costs you more. There's no setup fee to lose and nothing extra to pay if it runs long.

“Redesign the whole site” takes longer than “change the call-out fee”, and we'll tell you which is which up front.

Emergencies never rest on its judgement. A gas smell or a burning fuse board skips the bot entirely: the customer is pointed to the right emergency line and you're alerted immediately. You can read every conversation and take over any chat, at any time.

Emergencies are hard-coded, not left to the AI's judgement. It stops acting like a receptionist, tells the customer to call the National Gas Emergency line (0800 111 999) where that applies, and alerts you immediately. It will never book a gas smell in as a Tuesday job.

One warning from experience: if it's a Yell site, check your contract first. You may find you don't own it, in which case we rebuild rather than migrate.
