The domain becomes yours from month four. I buy it and pay for it, and from month four onwards you can ask for it at any time and I'll transfer it free, whether you're staying or going. Leave before then and you can still have it: pay the plan price for the months between leaving and month four, and it transfers straight away. It's a price, not a hostage.

The website itself, meaning the design and the code, becomes fully yours after twelve months of active subscription. Stay that long and the site is yours to take anywhere.

You send one message. That's the whole notice period. There is no minimum term. No exit fee, no wind-down charges, and I'll point you at somewhere cheap to host it.

From month four the domain is yours on request. From month twelve the website comes with you too, and I hand over the files. Before month four, the domain stays with me: that's the trade for there being no setup fee.

Most sites go live within a fortnight of you sending your content: photos, prices and service areas. That's a working target rather than a guarantee, because the clock really depends on how fast you get me what I need, and I'd rather be straight with you than promise a date I don't control.

What I will promise is that you'll always know where it's up to, and that a delay never costs you more. There's no setup fee to lose and nothing extra to pay if it runs long.

On Growth and AI Front Desk, message me before 3pm and it's normally live the same day. That part is about how fast I make edits, nothing to do with the AI. You approve a preview first. Sorted edits are done within two working days.

“Redesign the whole site” takes longer than “change the call-out fee”, and I'll tell you which one you've asked for before I start rather than after.

No. It's in development and will go on the top plan once it's built and funded properly. Connecting a bot to a customer's live enquiries is not something I'm switching on before then. No plan is sold on the basis that it works today, and the top plan is priced on the priority support you get now.

When it does launch: it will only quote from a price list and rules you approve in writing, every price outside that list will be a labelled estimate you confirm yourself, and you'll be able to read every conversation and take over any chat at any time. Emergencies will always skip the bot. A gas smell or a burning fuse board points the customer straight to the right emergency line (for gas, the National Gas Emergency line is 0800 111 999) and alerts you immediately.

Usually, yes. I rebuild it properly and redirect every old address to its new one, so the rankings you already have come across with it.

One warning: check your contract before you tell anyone you're leaving. On some arrangements (Yell's published terms are the clearest example) the site stays with the provider, so it's a rebuild rather than a migration and you should not count on getting the files.

Fair enough. I do one-off builds from £900. You own it outright, and hosting, edits and support are then yours to sort. Change your mind later and you can move onto any of the monthly plans at the normal price. The monthly plans exist because a site nobody updates is quietly wrong about your own prices within a year, but there's no wrong door here.
