Who we are

What we collect
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we hold your name, number or address, and what you sent us — so we can reply and, if you become a client, do the work. If you become a client we also hold the business details needed to build your site and invoice you.
This site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, it will be cookieless and anonymous.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to deliver the services you've asked for — in UK GDPR terms, legitimate interest for enquiries and contract for client work. We don't send marketing messages without your consent, and we don't buy or rent contact lists.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp messages pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Client sites and data are hosted with reputable infrastructure providers. Payments are handled by regulated payment providers — we never see or store card details. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
If you're a customer of one of our clients
Where our AI Front Desk answers messages for a tradesperson's business, that business is the controller of your conversation and we process it on their instructions — to answer your questions, quote their prices and book appointments. Ask the business directly about their privacy practices; ask us anything at the address above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the relationship plus the period UK tax law requires for invoices. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — message [email protected] and it's done. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
